Welcome to EuroDomains ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the marketplace at https://eurodomains.net.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

3. Listings

Sellers must own the domains they list. We run periodic DNS re-verification (Phase 13); listings that fail are paused automatically.

4. Offers, Auctions, Buy Now

All bids and accepted offers are binding. Anti-sniping extends auctions by 5 minutes if a bid arrives in the last 5 minutes (max 10 extensions).

5. Escrow

Funds are held in marketplace escrow from buyer payment through transfer confirmation. The auto-release window is 72 hours after buyer confirms receipt.

6. Fees

The platform retains a 10% commission on the net amount + applicable VAT (B2C-EU). VAT is collected per the OSS scheme.

7. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute before escrow release. Admin reviews resolve disputes within 7 business days.

8. Prohibited

Trademark abuse, sanctioned-list trades, money laundering, market manipulation (shill bidding), and any breach of EU/national law.

9. Limitation of Liability

EuroDomains acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for the underlying domain's commercial viability, trademark status, or post-transfer disputes outside escrow scope.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the operator's country of incorporation.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days in advance.
