You agree not to use EuroDomains to:

List a domain you do not own, control, or are not authorised to sell

Infringe trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights

Engage in shill bidding, collusive bidding, or any manipulation of auctions

Launder money or fund illicit activity

Send spam, phishing, or malicious links via the messaging system (Phase 10 URL scanner flags these)

Attempt to bypass platform security (rate limits, KYC, sanctions screening)

Scrape, mirror, or replicate the marketplace's data

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without written permission

Violations may result in immediate listing removal, account suspension, and reporting to authorities. Repeated or severe violations terminate access.
