Independent operator
We're not a registrar. We don't sell renewals, parking, or upsells. Our only revenue is the success fee when a deal closes — so our incentives are aligned with both buyer and seller.

Listing & verification
Sellers submit a domain. We confirm ownership via DNS TXT or nameserver record before the listing goes public.
Discovery & negotiation
Buyers find the domain via search, category, or TLD landing pages. They Buy Now, make an offer, or place a proxy bid.
Escrow lock
Once both parties commit, the buyer's payment moves into our escrow wallet. Funds are visible, audited, and never touch the seller's account yet.
Transfer
Seller shares the EPP/auth code; buyer initiates the registrar transfer. The platform tracks status and notifies both parties at every state change.
Release
When the buyer confirms receipt (or after a 14-day grace window), escrow releases funds to the seller — net of commission and VAT. A signed audit record is produced for both sides.

Common questions
- Sellers pay a success fee of 5–10% only when a deal closes. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no withdrawal fees. KYC-verified sellers with portfolios above €10k qualify for the 5% premium tier.
- When a buyer commits, their funds move into our segregated EU bank account. The seller transfers the domain to the buyer's registrar. After buyer confirmation (or a 14-day auto-release), escrow splits the payment: seller payout, EuroDomains commission, and VAT — atomically in one ledger transaction.
- EU OSS-aware. Buyer's country VAT rate is applied automatically (19% DE, 20% FR, etc.). B2B buyers with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charged (0%). Buyers outside the EU pay 0% (export). All invoices are itemized.
- The buyer can open a dispute. Auto-release pauses immediately. Our trust team reviews evidence within 48 hours. If the seller cannot deliver, the buyer is refunded in full. The decision is documented and audit-logged.
- KYC (passport or national ID + selfie) raises your trust tier. It's required for sellers with portfolios above €10k or for any single transaction above €15k — EU AML rules. KYC-verified accounts also get reduced commission and faster payouts.
- For .com / .net (EPP-based) — usually 1–3 days. For .de and other ccTLDs — depending on the registrar, 1–7 days. We track each step and notify both parties at every state change.
- Before the seller initiates transfer, yes — full refund within 24 hours. After transfer starts, only via the dispute process. After the buyer confirms receipt, the deal is final.
- Full GDPR. One-click data export, 30-day soft-delete window with recovery, consent-first cookies, in-EU data residency. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad pixels by default.
